Warranty and Liability

- Our products doesn't come with a manufacturer's warranty by default.
- Warranty to be purchased additionally  at the time of check out or contacting our agent.

- Rasu Kitchen Equipment is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our products beyond the purchase price of the item.

After Sales Service

- Product service will be provided only at our factory location. Customer to transport the product to our factory location on their cost.

- On site service .facility can be provided based on our resource availability.

- We sell spare parts only to our customers & for the their product purchased.

Governing Law

- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
