At Rasu Kitchen Equipment, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items in accordance with the policies outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Items      must be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.

1.2 Condition:

• Items      must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original      packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use will not      be eligible for a return or exchange.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain      items are not eligible for return, including:

2. Return Process

2.1 Requesting a Return:

2.2 Return Authorization:

• Once      your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization      number (RMA) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).

2.3 Packaging and Shipping:

• Pack      the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including any accessories,      manuals, and documentation.
• Write      the RMA number on the outside of the package.
• Ship      the return package using a trackable shipping method to the address      provided in the return instructions.

2.4 Return Shipping Costs:

• Customers      are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an      error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

3. Exchange Process

3.1 Requesting an Exchange:

• To      exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at info@rasu.in or      9677813576  with your order number and the details of the item you      wish to exchange.

3.2 Exchange Authorization:

• Once      your exchange request is approved, you will receive an exchange      authorization number (EMA) and detailed instructions on how to return your      item(s) for exchange.

3.3 Shipping the Exchange:

• Follow      the same packaging and shipping instructions as outlined in the return      process.
• Write      the EMA number on the outside of the package.

3.4 Exchange Shipping Costs:

• Customers      are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item for exchange. We      will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item.

4. Refunds

4.1 Processing Refunds:

• Once      we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the      approval or rejection of your refund.

4.2 Approved Refunds:

• If      approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to      your original method of payment within [7-10] business days.
