1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

- Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.

- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

2. Return Process

- Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the return package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.
2.4 Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
3. Exchange Process
3.1 Requesting an Exchange:

3.2 Exchange Authorization:
- Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive an exchange authorization number (EMA) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s) for exchange.
3.3 Shipping the Exchange:
- Follow the same packaging and shipping instructions as outlined in the return process.
- Write the EMA number on the outside of the package.
3.4 Exchange Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item for exchange. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item.
4. Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4.2 Approved Refunds:
